b. Estimates and Pricing
All quotes and estimates provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Final costs may vary based on the condition of the property and any additional services requested.
c. Payment Terms
Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

d. Scheduling and Cancellation

4. Limitations of Service
The Company is not responsible for pre-existing damage to surfaces or property.
Certain stains, such as oil or rust, may not be completely removable.
Delicate or damaged surfaces will be cleaned at the Client’s risk unless otherwise agreed upon.
5. Liability
The Company is insured and will take reasonable precautions to avoid damage. However, we are not liable for:
Damage to items left in the service area.
Damage resulting from the failure of the Client to follow pre-service preparation guidelines.
Injuries caused by hazardous conditions on the property.
6. Warranties and Guarantees
The Company guarantees satisfaction with our services. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion, and we will address the issue promptly.
No other warranties, expressed or implied, are provided.
7. Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate services if:
The Client fails to provide a safe working environment.
Payment terms are not met.
There is misuse or abuse of Company employees or contractors.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of MRC C Pressure Washing. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
